You will notice there is a plastic 'latch' on the housing. It is all one piece (includes the lens protector). I used a small flathead screwdriver and placed above it while gently manuevering the housing down. Once the latch is somewhat free you should be able to pull it down. Once down, simply rotate the bulb out of the housing and replace.

You must be thinking fender well then? Take the wheel off and go through the fender well?

I'm thinking next time I get a brake job or have the wheels off at the dealer I will have them do the fogs and the 68 series bulbs. Too much for me

thanks! i was wondering if i had to remove the whole bumper just to get to it. very helpful

Excellent. When changing mine out I noticed one of my 'latches' was broken (previous owner obviously not skilled like we are...lol) so it took me a few seconds to figure out! I do like the cool blue led's on the back.

Yeah, but it'll be a really tight squeeze, if you plan on changing out all your lights, you might as well drop the bumper, it makes the process go so much more easily and a time saver.
