Maybe it's normal...I wouldn't know???
 

I have an '02 SC 430 and Since I've owned it every time the door to the Nav closes it makes a "click" sound when it's finished closing. Is this normal? I'm just comparing it to the sound the stereo door makes when it closes, which is no sound at all.

It's not broken and seems to work fine...just wanted to know if it was normal or if it may be on its way out???

yes it's normal. I have the same issue as well. just part of the aging process.

My Nav door closes silently.

But my stereo door often makes a faint "click" sound when it closes (sometimes when it opens).
