Default NEED OPINIONS! Red or Black Calipers

Alright so I'm going to get my calipers painted and new rotors installed at the same time and I was wondering what color I should paint the calipers..

Red or Black?

If someone could use their mad photoshop skills to help me out also that'd be great. Thanks!

These will be the rotors I'm getting..

I would go black. But pony up for a BBK if poss. Lotta space behind those spokes to fill.

I definitely would get a BBK, but $2k for a brake kit is way out of my price range at the moment. Hard to justify it. Lol

I'm getting red on my Black 2005 Pebble Beach...to match the red interior and engine cover and cargo pull, of course! LOL

Just can't decide which ones are best quality and easiest to install.

Red if "you" want them to stand out. Black if "you" want them to blend in and hide. I guess the key word in both sentences is "you". Good luck with your choice. Also it's only paint and not that much to boot. If "you" want to change "you" can. I agree that 2 large is a lot to stop. If you spwnt that much you wouldn't have to worry about stopping becasue you couldn't afford to get moving. lol Ever consider the caliper covers as a way to go. I do believe some people have them on their SC's. I'd check that out also. I bought a gold paint kit for the ES, and haven't gotten around to doing it yet. Me bad, and now it's just too darn cold to do it. Spring will come, I guess.

Really depends on the look you want...Red will definitely "pop" while black will be understated and more "low profile"...How much do you want to stand out? I'm more a low profile guy myself, so I voted black, but it just boils down to personal preference..either one will look great with those wheels!

After reading this, I think it really depends on the car's color. I would say red makes you stand out more, but this car, regardless of its color, already does that.

Thanks for all the replies!

Its really hard to decide, as I like both colors very much. Although I am afraid that if I paint it black I won't be able to tell at all as it will be almost completely hidden.
