After installing my Daizen sways (and a front strut-tower brace at the same time), my car was transformed; it corners much, much better and stays very flat when turning. I added them after I changed to Tein CS coilovers, and noticed the difference immediately.

The shocks valving is what's wrong, the stock shock is REALLY badly engineered.

They made it softer for comfort.

Shocks, because shocks is pretty much the most important part of a suspension, it determine both ride and handling.
So changing the shocks and upgrading sway bars is all there is to a suspension system? Or all that can be reasonably replaced? I was wondering if double-wishbone suspension or whater our cars comes stock with is another reason why our suspension suck moose cacki

Well suspension geometry obviously is very important, I was just saying shock valving is pretty much the biggest determining factor in how the car ride and handle.

When I first bought my 2005. I wanted to put on the Daizens. I was told at that time there was a three month wait to get them they were still making them then. I just did a quick search on craigs list and I found a guy in New Hampshire that was selling two brand new sealed box daizen sway bar kits front and rear . He was selkling them for his brother that used to work in the parts dept at a Lexus dealer that closed up { His story } I bought both sets shipped for $ 400.00. I was not aware at that time I was buying something that very few people were able to get. When I received them I called Sewell Lexus for install instrucions .It seems that they are one of the few Lexus Dealers that did install thjem as well as other after market parts. I spoke to Daryl and he was helpfull in telling me about getting the greasable urathane bushings and where to get them. It was during this conversation that he asked me where I bought mine from. I told him how I bought them and that I was going to sell the other set. He asked me what I wanted for them . I told him I wanted $ 425.00 . He told me that he had a client that was waiting over four months and that he would buy my set from me He sent a UPS call tag a week later and I sold them to him, So i got a brand new set for my car that cost me nothing and i made a $ 25.00 profit on the transaction. I quess I could of made a lot mopre but Sewell has been good to the forum. Its all about timing. Being at the right place at the right time and of all places to find what I wanted yet finding two sets on Craigs List.
