Just perused Agency Power's website and didn't see a listing for SC430 exhaust systems or exhaust related parts. Did they put together a custom system for you?

Interested in the response on the Agency Power, also. For anyone with the Magnaflow 16917 Cat Back Exhuast for the Sc430, was it a bolt on application? What about those of us that have deleted the 3rd cat and resonators? Would there be any additional precautions or steps to attach the Magnaflow kit?

Here's what I did:

Slapped on a MagnaFlow 11386 with no resonators, no third cat, and dual exhaust with two-and-a-half-inch pipes, a quarter-inch over stock. Shifted the torque curve up and gained 10% horsepower. Thing flies over 80. A bit loud for my neighborhood so I added back 2.25 inch Ultra Quiet resonators, which toned it down 10% and added restriction to shift the torque curve back down. Recently replaced the two remaining cats with new and gained 10% more noise and some power from less restriction. Sound is perfect - ultra-smooth. Most recently replaced all four O2 sensors with sensor extensions. That slightly improved the flow and I was surprised to notice a further sound improvement.

This ain't it but the sound is nearly identical to mine but a bit harsher.

.

Here is mine deleted resonators + Magnaflow https://www.clublexus.com/forums/att...-magnaflow.mp3

Put on some good headphones or speaker system to hear the bass as it actually sounds. Laptop speakers just don't do it justice.

Yeah, that's good, deep and smooth. MagnaFlow fits a Lexus better than a Flowmaster.

My goal was to replicate these two exhaust tones; I think I got lucky and nailed it. Makes no sense to have a V8 if you can't hear it.

I finally recorded an exhaust sound clip with my various exhaust mods. Without headphones, you miss about half of the lower register. This is true with all exhaust videos.

Hi buddhi, I am new to the forum and to my SC 430. I am trying to get a throaty sound like I think you have. Is your black beauty in videos #51 and 52 ? Could you give me a rundown on what you finally ended up installing or parts you used?
Thx. SteveH

ps: let me know if i have done something wrong on site

Sorry, I just went to post 49, if that is yours next to blue object on the left? I think you nailed it. I am not interested in more HP. I have been there and done that, if you know what I mean.😱

Slapped on a MagnaFlow 2-in 2-out 11386 with internal X-pipe, deleted both resonators and the third cat, and made it into a dual exhaust with 2.5-inch pipes, which is a quarter-inch over the stock 2.25-inch diameter. A bit loud for my neighborhood so I added back 2.25-inch Ultra Quiet resonators. That toned it down 10% and added some restriction to shift the torque curve back down (which had gone up due to the larger diameter dual exhaust piping). Recently replaced the two remaining cats with new ones and gained 10% more noise and some power. The sound is ultra-smooth. More recently replaced all four O2 sensors and additionally added sensor extensions. That slightly improved the flow and I noticed a further sound improvement.

Post #49 is another SC with a great exhaust sound. I like the bit of raspiness in #49, but mine is smoother and maybe deeper.
Post #50 has the white SC with perfect sound as it accelerates down the road. My setup is most similar to the black SC in post
#50 - same Magnaflow, 2.5-inch dual exhaust, and stock tips. I also have Ultra Quiet resonators as well as extensions on my
O2 sensors, and new cats. Both cars deleted the 3rd cat as necessary with dual exhaust.
