Default Rearview vibration

I know a small thing but anyone figure out how to dampen the inside rearview mirror for less shake, especially when the top is down? The vibrating mirror is a bit distracting....

thanks

Mine doesn't vibrate. If it is under warranty, just bring it back to the dealer and have them fix it.

Is it loose or do you have a vibration throughout the car? The mirror should be firm on the glass.

Actually I would think it is on every 430 - the mirror itself vibrates on its mount. The mount is fine. If you grab the mirror you can wiggle it slightly, and it moves when driving, jiggling the image.

Than that is your problem....It is not suppost to move on the mount. There is a set screw that probably has come loose on you. Look for it on the bottom of the mount. It will be a small allen screw. Tighten it and you should be good to go.!
