Lexus Emblem on your trunk... gold or silver and what year?
We now have a 2009 430 - emblem is silver. Saw a 2008 and it was gold... MUCH fancier looking then my silver! Had a 2006 but can't remember what it was.
What year is your 430 and is your emblem gold or silver?

I have the "bling" package. Not necessarily something I would order new, but it was on the car and goes ok with the Egyptian Sand exterior. I considered some new wheels with gold spokes to tie it all in, but thought that would be a bit much.
Front and rear Lexus emblems and "SC430" on the trunk are gold. You can get yours plated for not too much $.

There are places that will sell you gold or black. Each piece has a $ value you buy theirs take out yours and mail back to them and get a credit for each that isn't broken. They use the old ones to make the new ones. I have done this twice. Used two different places. I'm not changing the ones on the SC because they are the black pearl emblems. (Am thinking about taking them off the rear, don't know if there are holes). Wait until the new ones arrive and check the design. (for pins sticking out) I have found that they are very easy to take off and install. Fish line or plastic scraper work real nice. We had gotten gold emblems for our ES and they were too gold (deep color not a light color) so we sent them back Put black pearl ones on white 02 ES and gold ones on a 93 Mazda MX-6.

QUESTION:
When removing the emblems from the rear of the SC are there any holes under the emblems? I would think that there isnt any under the LEXUS on the left or the SC430 on the right just the Lexus logo in the center. I've done an 02 ES, and there wasn't any in the rear but the front emblem had pins. Thanks in advance
