Sorry for the delay in response. They are oem Lexus accessory...so stock specs.

Found a deal at www.mylparts.com for just under 900 shipped...I think it was a mistake as they pulled it right after I bought mine. Next best deal I found was ebay 1070 shipped with center caps. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lexus-18-034...-/131010690964

I see the offset on the rears are 50mm on a 8.5, do you use spacers? also did you buy 255 tyres?

Actually both mine are 8". When I was looking I contacted the ebay seller and he will sell a set of four 8" widths for the same price. I think the ones listed are oem size on a gs or is...not an sc430. I used 245's all the way around.
