People used to hang out their cars windows and yell when I had my Silver/Saddle '03 SC430, but the car had only been out for a couple of years at the time. Constant compliments.

The '06 Smokey Granite Mica/Saddle I traded in last September, barely anything. A friend of mine loved the car and was sick when I traded it in, but no strangers ever complimented me on it.

I get comments whenever anyone gets INSIDE. There's something very unique and striking about the Ecru/Maple, especially with the wide swatch of golden wood across the dash. Comments are usually a variation of "wow... this is beautiful inside-- I had no idea."

I actually get more comments on my 2002 Silver/Ecru SC then I ever did in my Carrera 911.

Probably the funniest one was one guy asked me what made me choose the coupe over the droptop..............he went in to pay for his gas and in 20 seconds I popped the top off and down and just sat there with a smurk.

I rarely get compliments on my sc430, but I live in santa monica where Bentleys don't even stand out anymore. I'm thinking of selling mine and buying an aston martin instead.

Got another one from a lady carpooler this morning:"Wow, what a sport car!". I have picked up 3 different carpoolers in the past three months and all of them complimented the SC. I guess a lot have to do with the fact that this is a low production car. There just aren't that many out there and so to a lot of ordinary folks who only know the Farraris, Porches, the SC is in the realm of the exotics.

I have only gotten compliments on the car by a couple of so far and only while the top is dropped, the only time i got a compliment with the top up is while my sisters maltese was in my lap. lol (the compliment was actually for the dog)lmao

I get comments all the time. Exp when people see the top go up/down. They seem surprised or amazed by it. Lot and lots of attention.

Just got my SC in May 08, shinned it up and went out for a drive, was at the gas station and in a tight spot....needed to cross two lanes of traffic to get to the U-turn lane, I kid you not, 5 people stopped to let me out of the gas station. Hummmm, That never happened in the acura!
This is gonna be fun owning this car!!!!!

LOL, I know what you mean. People let me get away with a lot more things when I'm in my SC430, like drive slow and double park (with me sitting in the car). It's almost as if they're in awe of our cars and so they don't mind staring at your car for a few more seconds

But now that I got me new wheels on I'm getting a lot more (good) attention then before And older lady (~50's) gave me a thumbs up from her Merc...one of the prouder moments of my driving career...

I live in the Chicago area and there are just not that many SC's around. I have only had my new SC for about 6 weeks and I every time I stop for gas, post office, etc., people comment on my car.

I am a Corvette nut having owned 5 so far and hope to own one of the new C6 vettes within the next year or so. I had never been approached by women before in the Vette. I did hear nice car all the time with each of the vettes but never the flirting I received in the SC430. The very first time I took the SC430 to a open car show I had a young lady give me her verbal "dating resume" and then let me know how much she liked my SC and how her next boyfriend would have a car just like mine. I enjoyed the feedback and attention for a while and finally let her know it was my wife's car so she left with a big smile on her face.

My wife laughed for a while and pointed out once again how red-neck the Vette is. I have noticed she dosen't let me get the SC430 out much anymore. I guess I get too much attention from the young ladies.
