Default NACSAL SC2 Lodging updates and stuff!

Hey everyone! It's almost here, so it's time to start firming up your plans and put your money where your mouth is! (or where your typing fingers are). I spend ALOT of time in Monterey and I just want to recommend some hotels for everyone. If you are traveling with your significant other, my first choice is this:

http://www.spindriftinn.com/

It is a GREAT experience to say the least. Other great hotels in the Cannery Row area are as follows:

http://www.montereybayinn.com/leftna...p?LeftNavID=33

http://www.victorianinn.com/leftnavp...p?LeftNavID=59

http://www.hotelpacific.com/leftnavp...p?LeftNavID=30

http://montereyplazahotel.com/index.html (Very Expensive!)

These are just a few VERY NICE places but if they are out of the budget, try this list of other great area hotels!

http://www.monterey.com/mc4/mc4a.html

The Group dinner (Sat. May 12th) is confirmed at "The Chart House" on Cannery Row at 7:30pm. It is a SPECTACULAR view, great food, (particularly the filet mignon) and they are ready for us and will treat us like royalty!

Please make this all happen for yourself. You all deserve to have this kind of fun and camaraderie in your life. We (TEEMAN and I) have many other great things planned for the weekend so DO NOT miss out on this!

Welcome all NASCAL SC2 participants!

Thanks for the hard work. I am going to have to bust out the Amex hotel guide for that area and see what kind of rates I can get.
This will be here before we know it. Man,I can really use the break.

I totally agree but I will have to do the marathon drive. Hopefully Ken is going too so I have a marathon partner. I haven't done a multi-hour solo drive in quite a while.
