Actually, my car just went out of warranty 2 months ago!
I chose not to go with the $1,500 3 yr 100K mile extended warranty.
But these things always happen when your warranty expires.
(just think - that's less than $1 a day )
Since you put it that way, it doesn't feel as bad afterall!
