a couple of members from AZ came to our EOS5 meet last weekend.
I know TX isn't too far from CA, maybe a couple of days.
From the east coast, that's a different story, maybe 3 days...tops.

It's doable. Somethig to think about for those in TX, MD, NY and FL.
This would be the ultimate road trip.

I would mos def consider a long scenic road trip to Cali' (HOME SWEET HOME BABY!!! ) but unfortunately that's a bad weekend for me. Umm, is there an award/prize for longest drive?!?

If it's going to be around April-May, the earliest for me would be the weekend of May 19th-20th. Then again my work schedule might change closer towards that date so no guarantees until the last second literally. Thx for asking though.

Default Track Time?

Hey, is anyone interested in some track time with your SC at Laguna Seca during NASCAL SC2? This would be solo laps not to race but just to put your suspension mods through there paces and see where the "line" is. Any feedback?

I wouldn't mind going to Seca but I won't run my car. We can take a race school in a forumla dodge (http://www.skipbarber.com/racing_sch...to_racing.aspx) or a driving school in a M3 or a 911 (http://www.skipbarber.com/driving_sc...p_school.aspx). A bit pricey but cranking down the corkscrew is a blast!!! I took it with a motorcycle and it's an experience one will never forget.

True. 20 + SCs cruising on the 17-mile drive and Cannery Row would totally be fun and impressive. So would the drive along the coast going to and from Monterey. We should be able to get some great pictures too. Hopefully there will be more sun this time.

where did you get 20 cars? we'll be lucky to get the same folks from the SLO meet and a few new members.

That's the goal. If we keep saying 20 cars, perhaps we'll get 20 cars. Although, I've been saying that I'm going to win the lotto but I still haven't won. We can hope can't we. Hope all is well Tee.

it's always good to have a goal. i set my goal to have 10 sc430 for the first meet, we had 11. there were quite a few no-show (cough cough, haha), and since then we have also gotten quite a few new members here. the sc430 forum is going to continue to grow, so who knows what's going to happen in the next 6 months
