Install the Tom's LCBs for SC430

Got Tom's LCBs, but can't read the Japanese manual, how hard to install? need to take off stock LCB first or just bolt the Tom's on top of stock LCB? I think later will add some strength to the car, but Tom's LCB doesn't look like this way, any advice? thinks!

i would guess it's replacement

the one for the gs is a replacement

They are replacement pieces, simple bolt ons.
