Nice wheels!! What's the lowest offset a person can go with, without having to do any fender modifications using 19 or 20 inch wheels

I think 9 inch width with +24 offset in the front and 10.5 width with +29 offset in the rear as long as you don't drop the car too much.

In my opinion, 9 inch width with +30 offset in the front and 10 inch width +26 offset for the rear is the best.

That would be perfect w/o rubbing even when droped.

I think these will be my next wheels. (Assuming these are Work Euroline FE's.)

I think 19's would be safer than 20's, to leave a little more sidewall for Mom. I think 9's and 10's would be safest, but can I squeeze 10.5's in there with CS's in with out of the box height settings? And if I want to run 255/35 and 285/30's would 30 be the best offset for both?

Just have to wait to wear out the current 18" tires and then convince myself to spend the $$ on her car.

I think those are Amistad Type R 's , & they only come in 19", not 20" .

they are amistad type r, 19x9 and 19x10. they do come in 20s but that's step lip

running 19s and 20s are the same, if you run overspec tires on the 20s (35 front and 30 rear profile). that's what a lot of people including me do. that's fine

and 10.5? come on man, you have to follow more closely i have been running 10.5 on my sc430 for a yr!!!

and in fact, fitting 11 or even 11.5 is no problem on the sc430, just with the right offset, even when lowered a lot

read my guide at the top of the forum man

Thanks. I've read your guide, just wasn't sure about the ride height. Don't want any rubbing for Mom.

So with 10's and 11's aren't 245's going to be stretched? I would like to stick with the Pilot Sport A/S and that seems like the only size in that tire that will still allow a decent amount of sidewall without getting too far out of spec.

And I just realized they don't make the FE in a 20....

And what about handling? The car already understeered with the sway bars set at middle stiff. I put the rear on full stiff but haven't pushed it since...

There's always the LS 406 (for VIP Style) But I'm not really a fan.
