Probably $800 air shipped if seller has a contract with fedEx.
I paid $250 air shipping fee for my Kazama side skirts via fedEx.
It took only two days from Japan to my door.
I also plan to get a new front bumper and wheels, but I am waiting for a better currency exchange rate.

You can easilly save $1500 by finding your own exhaust tips and going with sea cargo shipping.
I am still looking for a good contact that can hook me up with a better price.
By the way, Aimgain was thinking or joking about using the OEM HID foglamp from the LS460 (oem option only available in Japan) while making the SC430 body kit.
If they use the HID foglamp, that alone would cost you more than $2000.

I don't really have something new to update here since I stop searching for new pics these days.
As the SC430 has been discontinued, we probably won't see more body kits developed for this car in the future.
I do see one-of-a-kind kit every now and then.
will post them sometimes to keep this thread alive.
