after reading this thread, taking off the front emblem was the first thing i did to mine

 

I dunno, I bought a Lexus and I'm proud of the fact that it is one. When people didn't recognize the car, initially, it might have been interesting to have people wonder what kind of car it is. But now, there is enough of them out there where it is not a novelty. My personal preference is that I think it looks better with the "L".

 

I think the rear looks very nice without the words but I prefer the front with the L.

I've always felt debadging is silly (just never understood the point other than to try and stand out) but that back pic of the SC without the words looks very, very nice.

looks sick man. as to the grill its looks fine. if anything just black it out

 

in general i am a badged guy, that's why i have emblems and don't take it off. but somehow i think the lexus emblem in the front of the sc430 is a bit weird, either too big or something i don't know. taking it off and the car looks better somehow
