If I were to hazard a guess, there are a couple of reasons for the lack of response...

Most importantly, has it been serviced or is it simply not bleeding yet? If it's been serviced, then it's a good value. Otherwise, the asking price is about the same as getting an existing one service, which would buy someone a lot more time.

Are the button and back lights good?

What year is it from? (They're not all the same.) You've got '95 in your name but '97 in your sig.

Aha. I suspect the '98+ units don't bleed like the older ones, but that may just be the small sample size I've seen.
