FYI, I had to file a PayPal dispute after a month of broken promises, and finally no responses, that the tail lights and side mirror would be shipped out the next work day. The seller seemed like a nice guy, but the explanation for the delays rotated through various excuses. PayPal refunded my payment today. Hopefully, anyone else who purchased items from him had better luck.
