Just curious, and only because my first SC purchase was nearly a 300 with a blown engine so I had started looking for replacements, where do the engine rebuilders purchase from?

Here's my thinking: Most people are going to be afraid of purchasing a used engine with such high mileage, but the transmission might be an easy sell. If you can locate a rebuilder, the engine might be an easy sell, as well. Between the two, I'm guessing you come out ahead $$$ wise.
