You may complete this unit by simply replacing the Electronic Throttle Motor. A replacement throttle motor from rockauto is around $175 shipped, or an opened box motor off classifieds for $80. Please note that you must re-calibrate the TPS after you put everything back together.

Alternatively, you may use the working components as parts.

$140 for the entire assembly OBO.
