Question. I'm not familiar with these for the SC, can you add more bars to this. Like the front A pillar bars to get the 6 point or is it ordered as 6 point and the joint welded together?

Yes there are addon bars available. The front 2 or 3 to make it 6/7 point, there are also crossbars available for the rear section - diagonal and horizontal - which would make it an 8-9 point bar with the front. rhdjapan.com has all of them iirc.

just out of curiosity though i don't plan on buying unfortunately. 
where do they bolt up? and wouldn't you have to cut the rear deck for the 2 rear bars to go in the strut brace section?

The large bar bolts to the floor at each side and the smaller ones just behind the rear seat at each side. It does not go through the rear deck and it retains the rear seats, albeit it will be 'squeezed' slightly because of the bars.
