Default WTB: New or used injen intake for SC400?

I just wonder if anyone selling their Injen intake for SC400. Let me know. i am budge of money though..would good with $150-200. i prefer pick up only so-Cal..

what are you talking about? there are injen intakes available for the SC400, 92-95. I personally wouldn't suggest doing it though as it won't really aid in power. Search up BFI if that's what you're after.

The Injen Intakes work well, look good and are carb legal. I have one on my sc400

Does OEM intake sound like same injen sound when reving up? I havent tried one yet.

i had an injen in my SC400, and took it out. I found that the aluminum piping heatsoaked too much once the engine warmed up. It may sound louder at WOT, but that's all it'll do. Also, research has been done on the OEM intake design. The resonator acts more than just a silencer, it also serves as a capacitor of air should the engine need it (like when you go WOT). I found that even simply cutting open the OEM box to have more airflow to the stock filter to be better.

Then again, what do I know, I'm just a track junkie.
