Somebody really needs to jump on this. This is an amazing deal for a drop in supercharged 4.0. Even if it could be done for less money, it probably wouldn't be as nice. Not to mention all the time and headaches saved with an already complete kit.

From what I read, the other M90 kits from the Australia and Japan cost a little more than $5000 with just a standard M90. So this is a pretty good steal from Scott. I think this kit can make about 300-320 rwhp that equals to 450 bhp with no lag. If I didn't go with turbo, I'd jump on this kit...

Wish I had spare cheddar for this GL with the sale though. Whats next? Toyota's inline six 4.0? 4.7 stroker?

Scott,

Perhaps posting on Fleabay or the Aussie people. They're more into supercharger setup than we are here. Just some hints here:

As it is set up right now the factory ECU will run it fine. Thats 7lbs boost. If you put on the 11lb pulley you will need a piggyback and possibly some larger injectors. Drop it in and go.

Yes it will, I ran on a stock tranny prior to swaping in my six speed. There are many documented cases of guys running stock trannys behind boosted SC400's

I will vouch for the trans holding. I'm running about 9psi and have not had any problems. I have also made a crap load of passes at the dragstrips without any signs of trouble. My car is a daily driver and I push it pretty hard, even on the street.

I would definately reccomend the addition of a trans cooler. I would also reccomend tightening up the kickdown / pressure cable as much as possible without making the shifts too hard for your own liking.

Based on my previous dyno numbers and a few changes I've made since, I estimate to be at about 350rwhp at the moment. If I had to guess, I would say Scott's setup is in the 300-350rwhp range.

Thanks KC and Twizted! So far two guys that want it but both are trying to raise all the money. No $$$$$ yet so it's still up for grabs.
