I wrote IAVC but meant IACV (idle air control valve) you are talking about the same thing right ?? just want to make sure

Looking for both window regulators for a 92 SC300, 97 front bumper with a lip, & a complete setup to turn my automatic SC to stick I mean everything. THANK YOU
