Yes, it's twin scroll. Let me know what part of VA you live around. I can always meet up and show you the turbo in person. It's in the original box, opened once to identify a turbo inside It was never unwrapped from the plastic and includes a fresh gasket and hardware. If you want to make between 400-650hp and start spooling at lower RPM's, this is the turbo for you.
