TTE has a few parts their releasing for the SC430, nothing engine related, here's what they have:
TTE Sports Silencer
Stainless steel - three years warranty - Two highly-polished tailpipes with 130x85 mm Ø for a unique motorsport sound

8Jx19" for tyre size 245/35 R19
10Jx19" for tyre size 285/30 R19 (only for rear axle)
TTE Lowering Springs
Height reduction of approx. 30 mm
