Default DIY HID Fog Light install (Pics)

Bought some LEDs from dealextreme, they are used for the side lights and parking lights:

These are from eBay, $50 shipped... tho I bought the wrong color temperature, these are 10000K, I should have gotten 6000K, but they look ok in the end:

Decided to do the full removal, which would be easier than taking the tires out etc...

Installed the HID lights, took the head light out and replace that small light with an LED, sidemarker are also LED...

Makes it quite blinding at night... The 10000K fog lights turned out ok, I thought it will be way too blue:

Do the LED sidemarkers and parking lights make any difference vs. stock?

The LED sidemarkers makes it look brighter, but it is still orange....

The LED parking lights are now nice and white instead of old and yellow...

I didn't buy the low beam HID bulbs, I think they are pretty much the same brightness right? I don't want to blind people too much... I can see the roads really well with the new fog lights

the foglight has a few small breather holes. when it rains and its humid you get a bit of moister in the headlights. since the sidemarker are in the open they start to get some rust building and die out.

I have the same HID conversion kit as the one above, my problem with this setup is; how do you put the cap back on when the wires now run outside the cap. The original setup the wires are enclosed in the cap. So my question is I guess how did you do it? I see two options; leave the cap off which looks like a bad idea or splice the wires going into the cap. Anyone have any better ideas? or point me in the right direction, maybe i'm just not seeing how it should go together. thx

Can anyone comment on the reliability of the aftermarket HID/Xenon lights over the long term? I'd love to install them but I'm worried they would burn out often.

Please comment on this, thanks!

There have been lots of mods done with Ebay HID fog lights, quite a few photos of DIY and some talking about having done the mod, but not once have I seen the finished product, that is with the fog light wiring cap installed with the Ebay fog light HID kits. I don't believe it is possible to do a clean install with the above setup unless you splice into the factory harness and I do believe all the available kits on EBay are the same . I would like someone to prove me wrong but no one has come forward. Maybe JDMTOY has a better one.

I added 8000k blue headlights and added classic Lexus style yellow fogs 3000k. I think I
Need to drill a small hole on the bottom to make
It breathe. 1 side side is out after a month, now I have to
Take the light out and check the ballast.
