Default 95 sc300 1jz VVTI, been a while

so its been a while since ive been on this fourm, figure since I had some free time at work this morning I would post up some progress. Well after doing the swap I finnaly got a 3 inch down pipe from a toyota supra which all it needed was the flanged clocked at a diffrent degree. Got some megan racing mufflers, and deleted the resentors, the down pipe deleted the cat. Sounds pretty sick. Also put a megan racing hardened transmission mount. So far ive been having minimal issues. Havent addressed the speedomter issue yet, just have to wire up the sensor. Im throwing 2 codes, once for the speed sensor and the other is something about rpm signal? code 13 I think it was, if anyone has any insight on that please chime in. I just recently changed the oil from 5w30 to 10w30, and started getting a little knock when its cold out, but goes away when warmed up, gonna go back to 5w30 untill it warms back up, hopefully that resolves that issue. Will post up some pics later on when I get a chance. Picking up some enkei RPF1s in SBC off of a buddy of mines. Specs are 18x9.5 +15 18x10.5 +15. For now heres a quick video I took a few weeks ago when it snowed. Let me know what you guys think.

Does your tach work or is it dead? Did you do all of the fixes that are well documented for our lovely 95s?

I've done all the fixes, only thing not working is my speedometer, and that's only because I gotta hook up the wires, my check engine light works and everything.

Well my tach works on mine but the speedo doesn't. Hell I think my whole cluster is dying slowly lol Pretty much the only thing that work all the time is the fuel gauge. junky clusters.

Thanks man, I just haven't wired up the speed sensor from the Trans to the 1j harness cuz it was an automatic swap with my 5 speed Trans, and I got that power steering reservoir from Ebay it's made by weapon r, made for a supra bolts up like it was suppose to be there, a little pricey tho.

Good stuff, bro. Really clean car and clean swap. My SC400 is still at the shop right now almost done. Started the car yesterday and sounded so nice. I really can't wait to get it back. Thanks for your reply regarding the motor mount btw. It's weird how my mechanic told me to get the OEM SC400 ones instead (costs more). He said that he installed the new mounts with no problem... :shrugs:
