where is the mirror ecu?

where is the ecu for the side mirrors located?

Underneath the dash to the right of the steering column. To remove it, You have to remove the dash AND lower the steering column (undo the 6 bolts holding it up but not remove the u-joint connecting it to the steering rack). It's quite a pain.

That's the reason why haven't done mine. Bought the ecu about 4 months and it will probably sit for another 4
