Gettin there 19' winter wheels
OK first thanks to all who have been educating me on the dos and donts of putting wheels on my car . As i stated before i wish i could spend 2000 for volks (although i did see some in cincy craigslist for 1300 if anyones got that cash to spend ) or another premium wheel but i did compromise a little and decided to see what my old 3000gt (now my sons project) rims would look like on the SC they are 19 x 8.5 TSW or something i know the offset is not great but the tires on it 235 35 19 are way too small and when i put some new used tires im getting pirelli 255 40 19 on it it will look much better it is sunken in the back more than the front but i think it looks pretty good for the winter wheel also when i put the eiback lowering spring on it it will look even better plus the wheels were free as i allready had them pretty cool i think

awesome
im glad i finally geeting some approval on here from you guys kira you rock cause you had faith in me all along i didnt like the tires at all my son had these on his 93 3000gt and as soon as i put them on i loved the look of the rim but it rode like a truck anyway bought new used tires last night (unbeleivable deal ask me in PM )put them on this morning with spacers in the rear and they look awesome in IMO. they are Pirelli P6 255 /40/19 all the way round the offset on the wheels is too high i know but with these tires it fills up the fenderwills nicely and it rides like a dream although a little firmer as far as a drop not sure i need it now or can go a inch lower without rubbing ,my front left tire allready barely rubs the plastic on the inside fenderwell front . The rear i could go wider and it would look more agressive but with this set of nearly new tires i can still rotate and keep that smooth Lexus ride while im stylin at the same time
need louder exhaust any suggestions ,dont want those ricey big mufflers in the back though
