Look for the bolts and unbolt them.

The entire front bumper needs to be removed. The housings share a couple of bolt that the bumper does, and the housings are larger than the openings in the bumper. Only way is to remove the whole thing, but it also gives you an opportunity to clean your a/c condenser of any obstructions(bugs, leaves, animals, etc.)

Also forgot to mention there is a DIY here on the forums somewhere showing how to remove the bumper. I know there are 2 nuts (10mm) behind the fender liners on each corner of the bumper just above the corner lights. 6 phillips screws under the front weather strip, and a couple more 10mm bolts. Also under the headlights, there are several plastic clips (3 on each side IIRC) that need to be removed, then the bolts under the car holding the spalsh guards in place, and more plastic clips in the bumper vent openings. Seems like alot, but should only take about 15-20 minutes to remove everything
