Default Weird Issue with Steering

Hi everyone, ive recently been having some problems with my steering. Not sure what it is.
Basic description: Shudders when stopped/very slow turning (only happens sometimes), When driving at any speed, the actual steering of the car kicks in about 11o'clock to the left and 1o'clock to the right... is extremely scary when having two cars next to me, as there is basically a deadzone when i have to turn slowly on a long road going fast. Let me know.

I experienced something much the same with my '92 SC-400. I just replaced the steering rack bushings with polyurethane bushings and all problems went away.

Car drives great again.

+1 for steering rack bushings. easy install and makes the car feel great. FIGS or Daizen brand make good ones
