passenger window will go down but not up any suggestions when the wiring harness

 

most likely broken window regulator: Lexus part number # 69801-24041

 

It could be that your regulator is broken; mine broke on the top which allowed the cable to pull the window down but not back up again. Rather than buy a new one, I repaired it with a bolt.
