Angry Need some help

Hello all, I'm still a little new to the SC game but I've worked on cars most of my life. My issue is, I have a 93 SC400 and just did a tune up on it. Oil change, spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor for both sides. Put everything back together and start the car only to hear that now there is a moderately noisy ticking now. Which raises with rpm speed. To me is sounds like a lifter needs to be adjusted but what i do know is lexus' are not known for lifter issues. I was really careful and put everything back together the way is was before hand so this is really confusing me. Does anyone have any idea of what it might be?

Was the noise present before the tune up? If not, pull your distributor caps back off and make sure nothing is touching the caps or rotors.

Update. She's back to purring. Took me a while to figure it out but it turns out the spark plug wire holder, that little plastic piece was broke and the bolt was loose. So it spun and started clicking on the camshaft. Thanks for the support.
