What octane gas do u use?

Default What octane gas do u use?
Guys,

Is it cool just to use 87 octane or should I use premium?? - 92 Sc400 with 115k

i use 92 or better octane....unless all that they have is 91...on our tanks its says to use premium gas. but i hears that some people put in 87 or 89 and their cars are fine.

I use the 91 octane then put some octane booster in as well. Get it up to about 93 or 94. They say use premium but in 1995, when my SC was made, the premium octane rating was at 93 so I figure I'm just making up for the decrease with the octane booster.

93 to 104. Not sure what the rating on C16 is - that stuff is new to me. Don't run 87. That stuff will give you diahrea.

I thought i was a VERY smart idea for lexus to put a sticker on the inside on the fuel door that said "PREMIUM UNLEADED ONLY" ... 93 is all ive ever run in all my motorized creations ...

91 - 93, whatever the best available. Once I put 89 midgrade in, but I felt guilty.

I found 100 octane at a UNOCAL station in Turlock, CA. Sweeeeet!!!

wouldn't that be considered race gas? ... I didn't say that wasn't available ...
