Lexus sc400 Unknown tubes coming from under the car.

Hey, guys, I just purchased a sc400 last week with pretty low miles (72000)m(120000) km. I'm new to working on cars and there are two tubes coming from under the car near the engine bay ( ill attach pictures )
They are both very small tubes coming from the right-hand side.
I'm just wondering what they are and if they should be there? Thanks in advance.

Im pretty sure one of those is for the ac and the other is the battery tray

AC, Battery Tray and the Evap canister all have drain lines you can see from under the car.

The two drain lines in the picture are the radiator drain line (front) and the battery tray drain line (rear).
