Hi guys,

Hope everyone is doing great. Ben here from Canada heres my 1992 SC400 new black paint job previous colour was dark green. Four layers of black was applied and two layers of clear coat. Paint job took an hour and a half and was rushed. Minor drip marks (that will be sanded), and paint touch ups in a few areas (repainted).

Paint will set to dry for a week , and rework and repaint will be perfomed to give the SC400 the required pefect paint job.

I want to get my baby repainted/ touched up as well
How much should I budget for something like this?

I'm very lucky, my pops used to work in a car shop and called a few friends to assist in repainting my car. I paid $700 for materials and $400 for labor.

I went to a few bodyshops beforehand, one shop quoted me $17k for a lifetime warranty which was out of my budget and another shop quoted me $1,800-$2,200 sandblast and paint.
