Default Saying Goodbye and Asking Price

It’s time to to day goodbye after 13 wonderful years . I’m putting 97 Sc400 up for sale. The question I have is selling price I know what I put in her not going see back. The car has been garage keep all 13 years I am the second owner and bought it in 2005 with 50k miles and currently has 132k. I haven’t driven the car in the last 5 years only around the block every couple months just to keep the fluids and parts running in condition kept her as a trophy.

Exterior duraflex wide body kit custom molded recently repainted 2 years ago not a scratch or dint, shaved door handles with poppers very nice and clean look,LS460 exhaust tips, jaguar xk wing custom molded to fit trunk, brand new angel headlights, hid fog lights, new smoked tail lights , custom turn signal side mirrors covers ( not connected )19” ADR chrome rims with spacers.

Engine cold air Intake everything else all OEM and original never gave me a single issue with the engine strong motor no check lights . Custom exhaust straight pipes 2.5” deleted resonater and catalytic converter sounds amazing really purrs

Interior is my last project haven’t decided what I wanted to do color scheme wise everything is original good condition front seats show signs of wear and some cracking back seats are in new excellent condition. Car has push button start and touchscreen Indash monitor soon needs replacing.

Overall all the car is in excellent condition and rare to find in the shape last of a dying bred and pictures doesn’t do her justice have to see in person to really appreciate it. Sad to see her go but she’s ready for a new home I have 3 others cars wanted to keep in show condition just don’t have the space no rush to sell need opinions on starting asking price. Thanks

Pics coming soon

When deciding what to sell for one must ask who is going to buy it.

A custom car car needs a custom buyer and the condition of yours is daily driver type spec. Most adults would not really be in to the style so you need a young adult which are typically price sensitive.

with those miles and that look i would list it at $6995 for a quick sale or 7995 if willing to wait.

List on local college chat rooms
