So I have a stock 94 steering wheel and want to upgrade, any recommendations on which steering wheels are compatible?

Steering wheels from the 98-00 SCx00, 98-05 GS, 00-03 Rx300 and 01-05 IS300 are all 3 spoke and will fit. You will need an adaptor harness P/N 09082-00760 to install any of these wheels on your car.

All the wheels I mentioned above will bolt on to the SCX00 shaft with no problems, however, you will need the patch harness to properly connect the airbag plugs. If not plugged in correctly will cause the airbag light the dash to remain on and possible issues with the airbag not deploying in a front end collision.
Not familiar with the supra wheel.
See pic of an 01 RX300 wheel and airbag installed in my car.

MKIII & MKIV Supra wheels fit. JDM MKIV wheels after 1998 are 3 spoke and they all fit and work with the airbag system. To make the airbag work you can either get the airbag harness adapter or just take the pin off your old airbag and put it on the new one. The wires are not polarized so it's as simple as depinning the two pins and swapping them.

1990+ Celica & MR2 wheels also fit. Same rules for the airbag apply
