Swapping Seat Cushions (L to R) Semi-DIY
 

picked up a pair of seats and since i couldnt find any definitive information on whether or not i could swap the seat cushions/backs i gave it a shot. Theres a DIY here to show cushion removal and thats a good starting point so i wont go in to HUGE detail.

this shows how i put the passenger seat cushions on a drivers seat frame.

remove the side seat trim (along switches)
remove the seat cushion (4 bolts) and unplug seat ECU
unbolt the ecu (2 bolts) and swap (both cushions use same holes)

to remove the seat back you have to remove the back panel, cut all the hog rings. and on the very top of the seat frame (under head rest) there are 4 screws holding a white bracket in place (remove these)
