Most of the cheap costing floormats on eBay are super thin (not even close to the OEM mats). If you want something comparable, you would probably need to look at the Lloyd mats (mid-quality and up versions). OEM mats have been discontinued for a long time now for the SC300/400. Even if they weren't, a full set would probably cost a fortune from the dealer.
One alternative for the fronts would be using LS430 mats i think (or was it the GS300/400 ones?). They are a close fit. I do know that the LS430 mats were selling for really cheap awhile back from Lexus (something along the lines of under $50 for the set).

Coverking etc. Google custom floor mats for your car. You can even get logo embossed ones. You will pay more for custom premium mats but they are worth it in the long run.

LS 430 Mats
Just installed Lloyd mats after months of attempted cleaning and finally ruining my mats. Pricy but very good quality and I am astounded by the service. I'll never use anyone else.
