Car won't start headlights won't turn on no power to radio
 

Car won't start. I hear a tiny buzzing noise when I turn key over. Then after awhile no noise at all. The radio is getting no power neither is the climate control. The steering wheel motor isn't either. Head lights won't come on but tails do. I tried to jump it but nothing happened. Battery is not dead and I never had problem with the starter. I relocated the wiring harness under the driver send fender maybe it's one of those wires. Anything similar happen to you?

grab a voltmeter and measure the battery voltage. it sounds like it's dead.

Check the fusible link in the fuse box that connects the battery power to the rest of the car.
