I say wheels and tyres first as they'll make the biggest impact, unless you get wheel/tyre package and suspension at the same time.
And I agree that Toyota really skimped out when they decided to stick with 16" wheels on a big bodied car like the Soarer... they should've gone staggered 17x8 and 17x9" like the Supra
If you can afford both, then I'd definately say to do that...
If not, do suspension, and then wheels.. I bought my car with some ugly 17" wheels on it, and i took them off, and replaced em with the stock 15" wheels.. Then I slammed the car on some JIC coils... The car looks 100% better than it did when I bought it, and rides sooo nice.. Besides, it isn't like re-adjusting the coils for bigger rims would be that much of a pain.. Just my 2cents...
yea.... get suspension first... that way you'll know what size and offset rims you want. if you have the money, go with the jic coilovers, if not the teins are not at all bad either...
