Need help, codes can't be right

I got this code, replaced both sensors, I still have surge idling and I have to manually put transmission in low to have it start in first and shift it manually, Everytime, it will not shift on its own. Any suggestions?

I remember having a similar issue like 5 years ago. Sounds similar to mine at least. My SC300 would not downshift from 3rd gear once it was warmed up. I would have to put it in low to force it into first gear then manually shift it to 2 then drive. It was throwing codes but I can't remember which codes. It ended up being the capacitors going bad in the ECU. I replaced the ECU and it fixed the issue. Personally I would try a cap kit in the ECU and see if that fixes it. They're generally only around $20 or just get a good working one and replace the original ECU.

I just replaced ECU.

You already have one thread on this problem, as we discussed in that thread this is not an engine coolant temperature code, it is a loss of signal from the transmission and your scanner has incorrect information built into it. So, as we have previously discussed your replacement of the engine coolant sensor has nothing to do with this issue. By the way, only one of these is an input to the ECU, it is the one with 2 wires. I would make one request for the board although the mods will probably tell you the same thing, when you have an issue and post a thread, please use it for anything related to that issue until it is resolved. It just clogs the board with duplicate posts.

As far as the problem, I would trace out the signals that come into the ECU from the trans. These are pins 3,9,10,12,17,18,25,28 of the 40 pin and 3 (vehicle speed sensor),8,9,10,23,24,76,77 of the 80 pin connector. Maybe this will help. I think this is applicable to your car, but verify to be sure.

Thank you so much, sorry to have reposted, I couldn't find the original. But I have checked all power and everything is correct. I used 3 other scanners and it shows the same. So I'm contacting the company I bought the ECM from to ask for another one
