Has anybody ran morimotos for their 97+ sc in the fogs? does it fit?

I have ddm HIDs and passenger side occasionally looks like the bulb flashes red for a split second, and when i turn it on i hear static sounds and most of the time it doesn't turn on anymore for passenger side.. I don't know if it's the ballast or the bulb but I'm tired of dealing with them.. I'm thinking about spending more for quality fogs but I don't know if morimotos would fit.
