Hi. I'm new to the forums and would appreciate any help. The screw on my passenger exterior window came out and I cant seem to find the part number or the part in general.

I'm sorry to see that this has happened to you as well, I lost mine in a parking lot.
I recommend getting a new one asap, the metal threaded guide will spin if you try to lower the window, and grind away at the glass.

I ordered parts 6996150020 and 6999724010, circled below


I haven't found a good way to install the threaded piece(The retainer iirc) back onto the car, as the aforementioned metal bolt will spin freely if you just attempt to hand tighten it, but that works well enough.
