Most of the problems the mods encounter usually with regards our SC section are threads being at the wrong forum so we have to move them. It also makes it harder for people to search for info since things are all over the place.

First , read through this thread and see if your topic had been covered :

If you don't find the topic in the aforementioned link then Check and Search all the different sub-forums before starting a thread so we avoid recreating same topics. Please take your time to do a search. We all don't want people telling us to do a search and we all know there are some onion skinned individuals who easily get offended when told what to do but please do your part , exert an extra effort searching. Most topics about the SC had basically been covered

If truly a topic hasn't been covered , make sure start a thread at the right section :

* All Repairs (including HELP wanted or questions about your car ) , Maintenance , Upgrades and Most DIYs should go to the PERFORMANCE & MAINTENANCE SECTION .

* Anything about your car... pictures or whatever unless it is a DIY , please make a BUILD THREAD which is basically about MY CAR(s) so we don't find so many threads about one car spread out in every SC section. Post everything about your car on that thread so if someone is searching for something which he saw on or about your car , he or she just needs to go and search on your Build Thread. We have seen thread about one's car new paint , new wheels , new pictures , etc.. all scattered in different threads. It would be a better idea to have all of them in one place . That would also show the evolution or changes or no changes of a car in a span of time.

* The Main Section of the SC300 / SC400 forum would be for General Informations ONLY that has nothing to do with someone's car , repair , maintenance , upgrade or most DIY.

* All Parts that are For Sale or For Trade or Wanted to Buy threads go to the SC CLASSIFIED SECTION.

* All Lexus Cars for Sale (shells included) go to the LEXUS VEHICLE CLASSIFIED SECTION.


I will not sticky this thread but the mods will continually bump it since many do not read STICKIED threads as evidenced by people not reading our For Sale Rules before making a classified ad or people posting Ebay or For Sale website Links on threads.

Let us keep our SC sub section more organized so it is easier for every one to find things .

Anything about your car ... pictures of new paint , new wheels or whatever about your car go to your Build Threads unless it is a DIY to help others then it goes to the Performance & Maintenance section . In that way we avoid information about a certain car being all over the place . Instead they are all in one place so it is easier for others to see and search.
