Default Checking in!

Hey guys! Been a while since I've logged onto here so just wanted to say hello. I see that many of the old school members are still on here going strong. This site is definitely a great source of help to all!

My buddy ended up selling my old SC to someone else so I don't know what became of that car.

I am still working on my Supra and a lot has definitely changed from that all OEM condition I picked it up in.

There are some very nice looking SC's on here and that is nice to see!

Lookin' sharp. I was actually just reorganizing the garage this weekend and ran across a box from you, and was wondering what you've been up to.

Clean....that white looks amazing......probably my favorite color on Supra

Thanks Long! I had all 4 of the wheels re-lipped and also had the inner barrels replaced. I widened the wheels and made the offsets higher. The front wheels are now 18x9 +28 and the rears are now 18x11 +48. I wanted beefier tires so now I am running Toyo R888's 255/40/18 up front and 305/35/18 in the rear.

Your car is looking sick as usual! What wheels are you on now?

wow, at that point I would have considered buying new wheels, but I guess rebuilding them saves a lot of waiting time.

I still have the HRE 540 wheels. I keep on shopping for new wheels, but all the wheels I want are mesh wheels that don't look better than my current set, so I'm ready to part ways with them yet.

Very nice! I always loved your SC!

It was actually cheaper to have them re-lipped and re-barreled than to buy an entire new set of SSR's. I had VR Wheels in City of Industry, CA do the work.
