Post #56 has been updated with REVISION C of the distributor cover. I made the ID of the outter lip 1mm larger which should be enough to clear without any sanding now. The new files are up, along with some new photos. Also we just upgraded to SW2017 here, so the file is for that now. So if you have an older version of SW, you might not be able to open it. But the STEP file is still there that anyone can view/use.
So I'm calling that design done. If anyone ever has an issue with it, or wants to customize it or anything, just let me (or any of the other SW users) know and I'll be glad to try and help out.

Do you think you can export the file as "STL" ? It will make life easier for those that don't have solidwork, but have access to a 3d printer software.
That is exactly why I included the STEP file. I don't know what kind of file 3D printers use, but the STEP file is what most CNC folks as me for. If you don't have Solidworks, you should be able to open the STEP file with and free CAD viewer program.
I have a uPrint SE at work that I run ABS in. We just recently got a Fortus 360MC and are running PC in that. I know the Fortus is a much higher quality printer but the PC is way stronger!
Got it fully test fitted this weekend. Really happy with it, however there's a couple little tweaks I want to make as I didn't make some of the indent circles large enough. So I'll be having another printed as my final, but this works great for the time being! Thanks again for that base file MLeopard!!
This might be a 1st world problem request but it's been bugging me that I couldn't use my flip key with the ignition key cover. I was thinking of designing a 3D printed cover to go over the ignition key tumbler.
I've never 3D printed anything, but I have used SketchUp before for simple 3D models.
What is it in particular you need help with? 3D printing? Just search Craigslist in your area and I'm sure you'll find some local folks who can print for you.
Another update to my parts. I've observed that in this wonderful Alabama heat my cluster will soften up and sag inward when I park the car with the windows up. I've added a reinforcement along the bottom to all the models. As well, I've added a RHD 2 guage angled version. Looks good dude! Mine is still doing fine but I made a tweaked version as well and added some bracing as well. Waiting for that one to get printed and will install it whenever I get it. But dude still by far the best thing contributed so far, great work!!
