I broke the harness that connects to the master lock/window control

Good evening. I've had my door panels off for a while now, and have had no problems with having clearance to close the doors. Today, I was testing out a regulator/motor replacement. After I was done, I disconnected the wire harnesses from the master switch. When I closed my door, I heard a crunch-like noise, so I opened the door back to see this:

I have had bad luck with this door as of late. A couple of weeks back, I forgot I had the control still attached when closing the door and broke that too. :(

Does anyone know if I can replace just the harness, or will I have to get a new one with the wires attached?

You can actually purchase the connector by itself from Lexus. On Monday I can look up the part number and find out if it's still available. Otherwise you can go to a junk yard and get one.

Thanks, Jimmymac30! I can't thank you enough. You have been a great deal of help providing the part numbers for the door panel screws, and now this! I'm trying to get my baby back on the road. It's been sitting for 2 years thanks to my busy schedule, but now I got it back running. I have a few more things to do to get it right. Thank you again!

wasn't able to look it up today. I'll try and get it done in the morning for you!

Thanks, man. I'm in no rush!

I would just cut one off a scrap car at the junkyard and solder it in. Ive slammed master switches in the door before lol it sucks

I took a little break from the SC for a few weeks, but had been looking for the entire wiring harness for the drivers side. I messaged a seller that had Lexus parts for sale to see if they had just the blue piece. Of course he said no, they don't carry just that piece, that I would have to get the whole wiring harness. Then he said that the part had been discontinued. I found a few on eBay, with one being $30, but they had a difference in part number. The part number for my 94 is 82152-24152, but what was listed was 82152-24153. I messaged the seller to see if they were interchangeable even though it says it's compatible (Lexuspartsnow says otherwise, so does the dealer I called today), but I haven't got an answer yet.

I ended up calling a local dealer to see if they are indeed interchangeable, and the guy said it doesn't say why they were different, but he didn't think they are interchangeable. He told me to look at the blue piece to see if there was a number on there, and sure enough there is. There's a 5 digit number on the top, where the wires enter, 10803. It came up as a piece sold separately, only $10. He put the order in, and it should be there in a couple days. That's a relief, because I didn't want to replace the whole wiring harness or solder lol.

@CertifiedK. same issue here. Any specifics to locate one would be awesome. Gate

Any time you need to purchase a new connector from Lexus, look for a 5 digit number stamped onto the connector itself. This 5 digit number is the last 5 digits of the part number you need. The first 5 digits of the part number will always be 90980 so your part number will be 90980-XXXXX.

Thanks Luxor and CERTIFIED K. I found the numbers, and some other good information the last few days , like a pdf of a 2007 CONNECTOR/TERMINAL manual, very comprehensive. 2 days ago, I knew nothing and now am really coming up to speed.
